1. About K&K Armor

K&K Armor sells mobile device accessories, including screen protectors and related products. Certain products offered through our store may be sold under the SoQoo brand or other brands distributed or offered by K&K Armor.

Customers are responsible for confirming the correct device model, size, and product compatibility before placing an order.

References to device manufacturers or models, including Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and other third-party products, are used solely to identify compatibility unless otherwise stated. K&K Armor is not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers unless expressly indicated.

4. Screen Protector Disclaimer

K&K Armor screen protectors are designed to provide an additional layer of protection against certain scratches, impacts, and everyday wear.

However, no screen protector can guarantee that a device screen or device will not crack, scratch, break, or otherwise become damaged.

Actual protection may vary depending on the nature and force of an impact, installation quality, device condition, case compatibility, environmental conditions, and other factors outside our control.

K&K Armor is not responsible for damage to a phone, tablet, display, case, or other device resulting from drops, impacts, accidents, misuse, improper installation, removal, or use of our products, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

5. Installation

Customers are responsible for following applicable installation instructions.

Installation results may be affected by dust, alignment, fingerprints, surface contamination, handling, device condition, and installation technique.

Issues caused during installation—including bubbles, dust, misalignment, fingerprints, or accidental breakage—are generally not considered manufacturing defects.

If you believe a product was defective when received, please contact us according to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.

Available payment methods may include credit or debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, ACH for eligible business transactions, and other payment methods made available at checkout.

Because we aim to process orders quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, available services, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.

For qualifying U.S. orders, promotional free shipping may be available based on the order value displayed on our website.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

10. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Our current standard return window is 14 days from delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements described in that policy.

Products that have been installed, applied, used, damaged after delivery, or had protective materials removed may not qualify for return unless they were defective when received or otherwise qualify under applicable law.

11. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, free-shipping offers, bundles, and other promotions may have separate eligibility requirements or expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
