Clear shipping terms for retail and wholesale orders

Free U.S. Ground Shipping on Orders $250+

Qualifying orders shipping within the United States receive free standard ground shipping when the merchandise subtotal is $250 or more, after discounts and before taxes. Expedited services and locations outside the eligible service area may cost extra.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Rates, Delivery & Tracking

For orders below $250, available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and selected service.

After shipment, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address Accuracy & Carrier Delays

Please verify the shipping address before submitting your order. K&K Armor is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our control can affect estimated delivery dates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photos when applicable so we can review the issue.
