Returns
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us before sending any items back.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
- Returns must be approved by K&K Armor before being shipped back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Orders placed with incorrect model selections by the customer
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
